Naiomi Borger founder of SMART Geographics Inc., was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and has an undergraduate degree in geography, a post graduate degree in business GIS and 7 years of experience working in the GIS industry. She has worked and traveled extensively throughout Europe, South America, USA, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands and of course Canada.
